New test table offers comprehensive testing capabilities

Every charger and power unit that leaves our factory reflects our commitment to high quality and meticulous attention to detail. Ensuring that each product meets our stringent standards and complies with relevant certifications is crucial. To this end, we have recently upgraded our testing capabilities.

Our new test station incorporates five 400W IT-M3600 regenerative power systems. These function as both bidirectional power supplies and a regenerative electronic load. When operating as a load, the IT-M3600's energy recovery function converts absorbed DC power into AC power, which is then returned to the grid. As a power supply, it offers a wide range bidirectional DC output. With high-precision output and measurement, this system is ideal for testing multi-module batteries, multi-channel power supplies, micro inverters, and semiconductor devices.

The test station has comprehensive testing capabilities including parameters like constant voltage (CV), constant current (CC), and power measurements. It performs ground continuity tests, temperature measurements, and leakage current assessments on units under test (UUT). This approach ensures that every aspect of our products is thoroughly evaluated for quality and safety.

The upgrade is complimented by new software which supports an unlimited number of test steps, allowing for a detailed testing process. This is important for accommodating the different requirements of our various products. The software also provides full traceability of test results, even if the tests are performed at different times or stages – making sure a complete and accurate record of each product’s testing history is maintained.

These enhancements represent a significant upgrade in our testing capabilities, ensuring that we continue to uphold the highest standards of quality control, giving our customers confidence in our products
